If we could give 6 stars, we would, Integrity says it all, a realtor a notch above. With how hot the market was most all the others lost theirs. Go to Josh for all your needs and recommendations like Financing, don't trust anyone else. He was right beside us and on our side the whole time, as a buyer we could not find a BUYERS realtor, till Josh, just an honest to goodness realtor that is down to earth, works hard for you and gets it done.
We had very specific requests for buying a house and needed someone that was willing to go the extra mile. We can’t thank Josh enough for his patience and willingness to do just that! Anyone looking for true integrity and determination in a realtor, then Josh fits the bill!
