RecommendedI've tried getting help from Shreveport authorities to no avail. Patients are denied a grievance process at L.S.U. hospital where abuse of patients has been taking place. A staff member will testify to a patient being choked by U.P.D. while in restraints. Officer Gabe 280lbs. BLK/M was seen in the emergency room in an elderly woman's section with the curtain closed.
