If I could give a million stars I would. Josh Chapel has been amazing from day one. We had a rough start to the selling of our home back in May with a different realtor. After a ton of chaos and a failed closing we decided to switch realtors and were introduced to Josh. He immediately answered all of our questions and concerns and calmed our minds with his knowledge and experience. Great communication night, days, and weekends. We really felt like he was family at the end! Couldn’t recommend him enough!
