We loved working with Josh. He was very patient…we saw 11 homes before we found one that met our unique needs. Josh accommodated our schedule with showings on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. He communicated well and kept us in the loop about new listings and the process for purchasing. Josh is easy going and has a nice sense of humor which made this buying experience a pleasant one.
