Josh was an amazing landlord. His property was stunning and we had no issues. Josh had amazing communication, clear and open for anything we needed. He is very professional and will take care of everything that is needed!
This guy sucks. Do NOT buy a house from him.. especially if it’s a flip which I think is what he mostly sells. Since living in the house we bought from him, we are currently under 150,000 dollars more in repairs from having to replace a pool pump, installing ducting and insulation, damage repairs they covered with paint and more. How we passed inspection I’m unsure of. Also, all of the appliances that he placed in the house are dented and used. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone, especially a first time home buyer.
