My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Jared and his partner Josette in selling our home. They made it seamless and so easy! Jared is very experienced and so knowledgeable. He was able to tell us what to expect as things happened, i.e, the price we could expect to get over the asking price and the fact there would be a bidding war. Spot on!! And not only is he an incredible real estate agent, he's an amazing friend and human being! I cannot recommend him highly enough! He will not disappoint.
