Jose Trujillo grew up in Littleton and always dreamed of owning a restaurant. In 1957 he shared that dream with his new bride, Phyllis. After serving in the Marines, working for various restaurants and finally for the Martin Company (now Lockheed Martin) he quit in 1966 to pursue his dream.

Order two steak tacos and two chicken tacos, the steak was not season the shells were barely cooked. The chicken look like it came out of a can not season the rice was absolutely horrible not even fully cooked the beans were so watery I could swish it around in my container. First appearance walking to the building smelled like old mop water and mold. This is just a little restaurant on their main drag. I don't love Mexican food but my husband does. I will say I'm glad he stopped here. The food was SO good and the service was excellent! We'll make our way back some time.
