We love good BBQ. We usually only eat BBQ at home. Nothing ever compares to my husband's cooking, but this is the best BBQ we have ever eaten out. Brisket melted in your mouth. So tender and great flavor. Everything was great. Highly recommended.
Ribs are awesome. We are camping at Lake O Pines and we have told everyone how good the ribs are.
We just got back from a week long stay at Lake O’ The Pines while the kids were out of school for fall break. While we were there, we ventured in to Jefferson on several occasions. Imagine our surprise when we stumbled into Riverport BBQ. I’ve eaten my weight in BBQ over the years. From North Carolina, Kansas City, other parts of Texas and all over Oklahoma. Let this Okie tell you....you won’t find better sliced Brisket anywhere. It’s the best I’ve ever had! Well done folks!
Big Shout Out to the Gentleman that was opening up this morning. Our kids from Doyline High School stopped by and were waiting for the doors to open. The Junior Class of DHS said YOUR BBQ ROCKS and you were so nice to them. Thanks for having them in and feeding them. :-) I'll be sure and stop in next time I'm in Jefferson.
We stop here every time we go through Jefferson. I have loved everything we ever got here. I am especially fond of the incredibly decadent Swamp Fries. My husband had brisket, fries, and fried okra yesterday. Best fried okra I've had in years! Our grandson had sausage and fries.
Excellent bbq and price,you dont find many good places like this anymore. Good honest and friendly people..we try and eat here every time we are in town
