I am very pleased with the service and professionalism I have received from Joseph's Heating and Air. They take the time to explain things thoroughly and don't try to convince me to do things that aren't needed. They are always able to work me in to their schedule and have been courteous and kind every time. I highly recommend them.

Robert came out for an inspection to ready my heat pump for winter. He was very informative, taught me the steps I can do to keep the drain line clean and info on the filters needed. I was impressed with his knowledge, willingness to teach and reasonable price.
