I recently dined here and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. While leaving the bathroom, I personally saw two cockroaches, which was extremely concerning to me. The overall cleanliness and smell of the establishment were also disappointing. My server, Jeff, was not someone I felt provided a particularly professional or hygienic experience during my visit. Everything about our experience tonight was wonderful. Thankfully we were able to get same day reservations. As soon as we entered, the maître d’ greeted us promptly and acknowledged the birthday celebration note left on the reservation details. The table included a “Happy Birthday” note card. Joseph’s Culinary Pub was one of the highlights of our time in Santa Fe and has easily become my favorite restaurant in the city. The space is incredibly cozy and inviting, with a unique character that makes it feel intimate while still maintaining the standards of a serious, high-quality restaurant. Excellent. Folks shuffles down at the bar so we could sit. Host and bartender were great. Food was very good. Lamb burger and pozole only because we had to choose.
