My wife and I had a stellar anniversary dinner here. The service was excellent, our server (whose name I regrettably have regrettably forgotten) gave us great recommendations on what to order, all were hits. Loved the atmosphere, it was very cozy, warm, and welcoming. The food amounted to being one of the best meals we’ve had while living in Santa Fe. Maybe the best food I’ve ever had! Off the beaten path a little but well worth the walk while we were visiting from Phoenix. Tons of Gluten free options so my wife was thrilled. A plus all around.
Santa Fe is known for its great restaurant but this one has to be one o the best one!! Menu is very creative with outstanding dishes prepared with care : lamb tartar, duck fried Polenta, watermelon gazpacho, swordfish, duck Pad Thai & some delicious cocktails! Service is close to perfect with a very large very attentive brigade. Ambiance is nice if a tad too noisy.
Creative and extensive menu - almost the entire menu is gluten free. It's truly hard to decide what to eat as you will want to have an appetizer, one of the stews/soups then you really are too full for an entree! Do not miss the fried polenta or the posole stew. Hopefully, you done with someone who will share your appetizer so you have room for an entree. Wonderful wine list and excellent mocktails. Reservations are a must as the restaurant is small and it's too hot in the summer to eat comfortably on the patio.

The wine list is medium in size but impressively eclectic—there is something for every palate, from somewhere unexpected. Wine service was excellent from start to finish, beginning with Champagne and continuing through two bottles of red. The stemware was thoughtfully chosen and consistent throughout, which we really appreciated. Even though the restaurant was packed, Mike took great care of us. The atmosphere ... read more
