The best burger I've tasted on Route 66 so far and the fries are just about the best you'll ever taste... then to top it off we had lemon meringue pie. Superb. 5 *

The food was very good and came out quickly. We had a large group so that's a huge plus. The only complaint I have is that our waiter didn't know anything about the menu. I asked about the Route 66 drink flavors and he told me he didn't know what the flavors were but that I could get up and check myself. My husband asked about the beer prices and he said he didn't know and didn't bother to go check on it. If we ever go back through New Mexico we will definitely stop again.

We are a family of 7 who stopped in on one of the last legs of our 2 day drive from Missouri to Arizona.... we were all excited to have a taste of Joseph’s famous green chili that we have enjoyed in the past, BOY WERE WE DISAPPOINTED! I wanted to order The “Sopa del Dia”.... Waitress told me they had no soup.... ok. We ordered a variety of stuff, NO ONE FINISHED THEIR FOOD! Beans? From a can. Rice? Flavorless mush. Green Chili? You’re kidding right? A couple of us had to stop in fear of throwing up. We have always loved and ... read more

I am so glad we walked out of the Route 66 Resaurant and decided to try Joseph's instead. It was clean and cute and the staff was friendly. There was an extensive menu and even some vegetarian option. I ordered the Santa Fe enchiladas in blue corn tortillas. We got lemon meringue and coconut cream pie to take back to our hotel. Though we did not partake, there was a nice adult beverage menu as well that even included martinis.

A great meal served efficiently and quickly for our tour group. Good to see old style traditional surviving.
