Horrible horrible horrible Appointment was at 245 she didn’t come walking in until 420 all to tell us there’s nothing she can do because the nursing home didn’t send us with the right papers. Then by 440 was rushing us out the door. Obviously she was ready to go right at closing. Very rude. Talks over you. Very demeaning. If you want your relative or yourself to have good care she is not the one!
