Had a nice experience,, very short wait time,, office visit as to the point and Dr. Futrell was nice and Very Professional,, have another visit scheduled in Six Months !!!!!
Have had 2 so far from all staff..Dr nurses explained more info about my issues with skin cancer also Dr Futrell ,very skilled with the procedures for me told me what she was going to do to heal me with confidence! ☺️
The practice was recommended but not this provider. But, we thought it would be okay. However, the doctor was not good. The whole appointment was rushed. She walked in without even looking at the issue and said it nothing but a cyst. No questions about why it was bothering us. Just said it only a cyst. No option for what we could do. Also wanted a skin cancer screening. Didn't even look all over the body because all clothes weren't off yet. We pointed out a spot she missed and she barely looked at it. Will not go back again.
I was not pleased with my visit. My concerns were dismissed and I was barely examined. Regardless of if the doctor thinks your concern is invalid, they should recognize that it’s an issue for their patient. I experienced a drastic change in my appearance in a short amount of time and felt I needed to be accessed. This by far was the worst experience I have had at a doctor’s office.
