RecommendedMe and my wife have called Josephine Lofts our home for nearly two years. This is an excellent community that is quiet and conveniently located. All of our neighbors have been great and everyone is a working professional that is respectful of everyone. Moreover, this a very dog friendly community, which was a huge must for us. Building when I lived there had broken doors in the back consistently. Had a cock roach problem and bug infestation. Ac didn’t work for three months and at that point had no one working the front desk.
I absolutely love living at Josephine Lofts! The apartments are stunning and have such great character. The building is very well managed and kept so clean in the common areas. Parking is safe in a gated lot very close to the entrance of the building. Very dog friendly. My two dogs and I could not be any happier than we are living at Josephine lofts!

The lofts are in a very unsafe area, lots of drug use and shady individuals that hang around the lofts especially at night. The inside of the loft is rundown and not up to code, needs lots of work, and the staff are unprofessional, incredibly rude and disrespectful. Furthermore, you will probably have big regrets about ever renting from these people, I hope it's not too late for anyone thinking about it. Hope this review helps you.
