I had such a great experience with DR. Josephine. She was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my toenail in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. I was honestly nervous going in, but she removed my ingrown toenail within seconds and completely pain-free. Her professionalism, skill, and calming demeanor made all the difference. Dr Kleyner destroyed my dad’s four ingrown toenails. First of all the office is filthy. He got an infection after she botched a half nail removal. He went back again and she cut the nails down for a second time. From this point on, he lost the toenails and is in constant pain. The office staff is kind, friendly and professional. The doctor is rude and nasty. Do not go to this office!!!!
My son had surgery on his ingrown toenail and it went better than we could have hoped. Dr Kleyner was patient, kind, empathetic and thorough. Couldn’t recommend her more!
