If I could give this psychiatrist zero stars I would. Terrible experience. The psychiatrist refused to screen my daughter, ignored my concerns as a parent, and dismissed us completely. I would not recommend her to any family seeking real help.
I would give 1 star if possible. Terrible office from start to finish. Receptionist, never passes along the information, nor returns calls requiring multiple calls to get anywhere. The nurse practitioner Josephine Etta is hardly understandable and will see you over video calls with her camera turned off, which makes it even harder to understand her thick accent. She didn't seem to have a clue about dealing with children. She also didn't seem to grasp a child's propensity to say things that may not be accurate. How can you po... read more
We were recommended to see her from our pediatrician and happy we followed up with that recommendation. She not only genuinely listened to our concerns but also was great in observing and talking with our child. Definitely recommend!

Ms Etta was very professional and thorough in her interview of me as her patient. She is definitely very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and well cared for.
