Maribel does not seem to care about patients. My mom opened up about her pet loss/grief and she felt dismissed. This is not the first time she felt that way. If a patient opens up to you about their health problems and grief, support them! Especially when they’re elderly! Extremely disappointed. Do better.

Horrible dr and staff. Highly recommend going some where else. The staff clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing when it comes to receiving fax paper

I don’t have an issue with the doctor, she’s awesome! The front desk staff are the most rudest people to deal with. They ask why are you calling? and then cuts you off in the middle of your conversation. They placed your call on hold for hours, and once on the phone they rush you off. They're so unprofessional and rude.

My Daughter just called to ask why her perception was denied and she was told “because it’s been more than a year since you’ve been in and that’s just the doctor's policy”. Really? Nothing has changed! She was told she could go to urgent care if she wanted to. Whoever she spoke to on the phone kept interrupting her when she was trying to tell her that she had just started a new job and wasn’t able to come in this week.
