Terrible place, let's start with the girl at the front desk; bad attitude and Unprofessional, seem she was having a bad day and gave me attitude when i said my kid had an appointment. Next, made an appointment for my kid way ahead of time and when I made it to the office after a long day of work they told me that there was no doctor in the office and that they have to reschedule but only had appointments until August the 30th!!! If there is an office that could get an award for unprofessionalism and not caring for their patients well being, this office would win every year! The front desk staff do not care about anything and will not move a finger to get anything done. Their patients could be dying in front of them and they will be unfazed. Currently, I'm looking for a new provider for my elderly father.
If I could give a negative I would. It’s honestly the front desk ladies they hate their job or the people idk but they need to find something where they do not deal with customer service because it doesn’t even register in their brains. I know it can’t be that hard to take down information and schedule appointments with a nice attitude.
Really disappointing experience... Twice. Primarily with the office staff not the DR. First visit I had to give them a CC & Drivers License before being lead into see DR. They never returned it and I forgot to ask. I had left town for a week so I asked them to mail it to me and they said not and would only allow me to pick it up myself a week later. Second visit Dr. prescribed me some new meds to be picked up that afternoon. It's been over a week now but each time I've been to pharmacy they say they don't have the order. I'v... read more
Please train or higher new Staff. Customer service is so important. I want to cry every time I’m on the phone and I’m being cut off. Rushed off the phone and not even asking if I was calling for anything else. It’s hard enough to schedule and be seen. I would switch Drs just to have better reception services. I have right now have no choice unfortunately.
