Josephine is an excellent provider. I've had previous providers made me feel like I was just a task to check off during their busy day, but Josephine took the time to build rapport and made me feel like she was there for me. She's super knowledgeable, communicative, funny, and has great bedside manner. I will not be going back to my previous providers!!

I Had My Dr. For 8 Years & She Decided To Retire Herself. I've Automatically Assigned With A New Health Provider, Dr. Josephine Chen! I Saw Her Twice & Once On The Phone Visiting Appointments! Not Cared Properly! She Doesn't Have Broader Perspective & Knowledgeable About Scientific Researches & Studies & Evidences. As I Mentioned What I Found Regarding That For My Health-related, She Ghosted Me Middle Of Testing Processes & Results! I Purely Not Appreciated.
