Staff caring
I love the staff at Vista oncology in Olympia! I am most impressed by the knowledge and thoughtfulness employed by Dr. Ye and his physician assistants. They all look to act proactively on behalf of my health and see to it that all my other pertinent care providers are informed of my test results, etc. I highly recommend Vista Oncology!
Just don't... Worst experience ever at a medical facility, and for it to be at an oncology office makes it a million times worse! I left without being seen after waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time. The office was standing room only the whole time I was there and no updates regarding the delay were provided to anyone.
Dr. Joseph Ye is always caring and very able. This time I spent most of my time with an assistant named Chan who instructed me regarding what to do if any given eventuality occurred.
Nicest staff In a particularly busy environment. Dr Ye is an amazing doctor and ready to explain any concerns. His pa, Chan, is delightful.
