"Joey" is what he went by when he worked at Belladonna Salon in Cape Girardeau, prior to his opening his salon. This guy did my hair back when he worked at Belladonna. He was suppose to do ultra blonde and heavy highlights with foils. I told him my hair was NOT ready to remove tbe foils yet, that it still had not lifted yet to the ultra blonde color I wanted. He boasted on and on how he was this color specialist in STL, he was very arrogant and he INSISTED my color and hair the foils were ready and be removed. I too attended... read more
It is one of the best places that I've ever went to to have a lady's hair done and it's the best place I've ever been for a man to get his haircut and they're very polite and they're very quick and they do a very very wonderful job
