When I arrived I stood at the nurse windows for 15 min while she was on a call , the whole time ignoring me acting like I wasn't there. Not a head nod or eye contact or nothing. After 5 of the 15min I started feeling pretty uncomfortable. She finally checks me in I go sit down. 45 min later im finally called to the back . Keep in mind these are scheduled appointments, time slotted. I can get seen within an hour at the er ! Do they finally call me back to the office and I see Dr. Wells and we talk about the issues . Dr. Wells is the best. Very personable and intelligent.
It was my first time to visit Dr. Wells, but I found him to be kind and helpful. He solved my problem quickly and completely.
I was visiting from out of town. Best care I have received in a long time.
