Dr DiFrancesca is knowledgeable but he is human. He made a mistake on custom Orthotics which did the opposite of its intended purpose. It caused misalignment and so much pain that I had difficulty standing or walking while breaking them in. Telling him the problem, he charged me an office visit to correct his mistake. The office is more concerned about making money any way they can instead of concern for patient care. They make more money by making incorrect judgments and getting you to return for correction.
