Dr. Babcock Sr was always nice and friendly, but Taylor was rude! When my child had his first visit, I requested that they not dilate his eyes with drops because he was young and I didn’t want his first experience to be traumatic. Taylor became hostile and insinuated I was a bad parent for suggesting it!!! We have since went to Portsmouth Vision Center where they are much better with kids and didn’t even ask to dilate my kids eyes!
Dr is great took over a month in half to get my glasses and they kept billing me wrong
