He couldn't do one of my eyes in my exam so I had to come back and pay again. He also tried to overcharge us as well we caught it.
Im happy with Dr Papandrea, but not the optician-we have been trying to get contacts, had the test, picked the trials up, they were horrible- couldn't focus or see close up, the optician insisted the prescription was correct, but we had the test redone anyway. Its hard to get him on the phone, or get a return call, or, he’s only available when we cant come in. We have also just shown up to find he isnt there. Or, we have to wait a while when we get there. Ripped me off for $75! I went to the West Brookfield office for a contact lens fitting and prescription. He did the exam, and told me he wanted me to come back again once I tried the sample lenses; becau"se he said "something was going on with my eyes." Not very specific. When I went in, his partner said he didn't even know why another appointment was scheduled. After waiting half an hour, I saw the doctor.
