Very pleasant checkup with Dr. Kim and her staff. Started on time, everything was efficient and professional, Dr. Kim took extra time with me to explain cataract surgery even though I will not need it in the immediate future. Happy to be a patient. Follow-up visit: Great to meet Dr. Lu. Her energy level is infectious. Exam was great, everyone was on time and helpful, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
Very friendly and helpful staff, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.
Had a a great visit with Dr. Lu. Came in for a regular checkup and to get new contacts. Through every test she did during my appointment, she talked me through what each test was looking for. She noticed that my eyes were a bit more dry than typical and that my pores were also a little clogged. I also had irritation in my right eye and she was able to find a piece of lint that had been bothering me and helped flush it out. My family has been visiting this practice for over 20 years under Dr. Uyeda, he was AMAZING! They are now under new management and I am very disappointed with their service. 2 months after my exam, I was having vision problems so I went back and I was told my prescription changed. I ordered new glasses with an anti-reflective coating and I could not see thru them. The staff did not know what to do and kept stating the prescription is correct.
