I was overdue for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Tripodi and I am glad I did. He is professional, knowledgeable, skilled and thorough. He has great bedside manners and took his time explaining my condition and the results of my procedures. His NYU Langone staff was very efficient and communicated well, and the NYU app is easy to use. I highly recommend Dr. Tripodi.

Dr. Tripodi and his team gave me excellent treatment for my stomach and esophagus problems. After a series of high tech test, he referred me to a wonderful and kind surgeon Dr V Kella who performed a surgery on me that brought me back to a much better life. 100% recommend.
Dr Tripodi and his team are knowledgeable, caring and provide exceptional care. I was referred by another doctor and although quite nervous ended up quite pleased. The compassion and concern for my comfort he showed during treatment was unforgettable. The team including Dr Tripodi called before and after to follow up and answered any questions. Immediately following the procedure everything was explained fully. I highly recommend Dr Tripodi, his team is very professional Winthrop is a fantastic hospital.
He was RUDE and ABNOXIOUS. Dr's like him come a dime a dozen.I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Patients are coming to him for a reason not to be treated like a fool. The way he talks back to you when you ask a question, he's very condescending. No bedside manner at all. Never going back to him and definitely not referring Anyone to him..
Dr. Joseph Tripodi and his staff is amazing. They made me feel so comfortable when i was so nervous. There bedside manner was 100 percent! The anesthesiologist was so kind as he knew i was scared. I would highy recommend this office and really loved them! Thank you
Not a fan. Before he performs any tests he's trying to push meds on you. Avoid doctors who only care about their own pockets.
