Customer service is OK. Telehealth was OK. Actually receiving services like mental/emotional health therapy or psychiatry, and any physical doctor visits are nearly impossible and extremely exhausting. Takes weeks or months to get anything needed. Constantly given the run around and severely mistreated by doctors who are likely overworked and underfunded.
