Worst Dr.! Completely unprofessional and unethical. We dropped off Lab report and X-rays, of a broken arm, already 4 days in from my friend having broken her arm. Three days later the paperwork and X-ray images were in the same spot as when they were dropped off. It was never looked at! This is day 7 without being seen by anyone in the RGV for my friend's broken arm. She's from the island of PR. I'm embarrassed and saddened, about her experience here, and that these Drs can be so inconsiderate, unprofessional, and unethical.

I should’ve read the reviews first, was referred by ER and Family Dr. surely not happy with my first visit , was given 2 options and when I chose not to have surgery, dr said see you in 6 wks and walked out , never bothered to show me X-rays nor discuss my healing plan . Would not refer him to anyone . What’s the purpose of having a patient portal , I message dr after my visit and after 3 days no answer, had to make a walk-in visit to the office and pretty much turned away .

Dr. Tejan is personable and answered my many questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I appreciate his candor, transparency, and matter-of-fact delivery. It’s important to note the front office staff is generally terrible. They rarely answer the phone and rarely respond to medical requests from other medical offices. I completely understand why people would avoid this office for that alone. My rating for Dr. Tejan is 5/5 and the office is 0/5.
