My mom has been under Dr Fan's care for several years and always has nice things to say about him and the awesome care he provides. I'm not sure about the bad reviews about staff, but I took her to the appointment today and EVERYONE was amazing: kind, patient, helpful. I'm thankful for Dr Fan and his staff! Would highly recommend!
Bad staffing
Literally just got off the phone with them trying to see about availability and the guy was extremely rude. A no from me.
The doctor is perfect but their staff is just unprofessional I have a paper that says my time appointment and they told me is closed come back tomorrow.
