He was very unorganized. He told me he should have my results in 1-2 months that was a year ago now. This is unlawful because he was also paid by insurance and I received no results. Reach out numerous times Always told I would call back I never get a call back

ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS!! In nearly 50 years of appointments, this has to be in the TOP 2 WORST WORST EXPERIENCES ever. It's UNDOUBTEDLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST 15 YEARS. My only recourse was to file a complaint with the office of civil rights, which I recommend to anyone who has failed to get their report from Dr. Elder. I will add that, to date, despite their involvement, Dr. Elder has yet to fulfill my records request and refund my copay that he should not have collected. Dr Elder was very nice though very disorganized. My followup visits kept being canceled with the last one being canceled one hour before my appointment. They said they would mail the report to me and that was two weeks ago. Two weeks later still no report.

I have been waiting on the clearance letter for almost 3 months. I called this morning and as soon as I said my name, this lady was so rude and said “oh I don’t have time for this. Call back later!l then hangs up on me. This is not professional!

I enjoyed my time with Dr elder. He was kind, resourceful and comfortable. The office was easy to find and calls answered nicely. The follow-up can use a little work on. Yet overall he made me feel comfortable as a patient in his neuropsychologist works and testings.
