Having an appointment is for nothing. You will have to wait over an hour or two after your scheduled time to be seen. The check in process is unclear. Lots of improvement is needed in the operations.
Let me start it like this, Thank you, Dr. Joseph! I don't need to give details, but thank you for being a good surgeon! The first time I met you and your team, it was like I knew you 10 years before. You listened to my concerns over my previous bad diagnostic and started from scratch with me. You went over and beyond to find the roots of my problems. Dr. Joseph is very knowledgeable and is an amazing surgeon. He takes the time to be very thorough and he shows that he is dedicated to helping patients and being a great surgeon! I refer all my friends and family members to him for surgical purposes as I would trust him with me and everybody I know.
It’s practically impossible to get an appointment with the doctor unless it’s in the morning. There’s at least a 2-3 week wait to get an appointment and twice they made me come in for absolutely no reason, just to tell me what I already knew (charged my insurance and I paid my copay). After my biopsy, I tried to get an appointment for the results while in the office, they told me I had to wait until the results and they would call me. They never did, only for me to call and then they had me wait for weeks for an appointment ... read more
