In response to the GM: I don't know what correspondence you reviewed but allow me to show you! Screenshot of text to Scott, your salesperson, explicitly stating that I do not want a new license plate, from September 23rd!!! The most unexciting Subaru dealership I've ever visited, definitely not the Subaru atmosphere. It's luckily not my neighborhood Subaru, they just had what I wanted. However, one month later I still don't have my license plate. They were supposed to transfer my license plate, per new 2024 KY requirements. But they claimed 'that system wasn't working'. 100% untrue per my calls and visits to the Clerks office. They ignored what I, and the Clerks office, said about transferring and got me a new license plate anyway. Which not on... read more
