UPDATE- 9-9-25 - Took my daughter’s car to my mechanic and turns out Joseph Subaru 100% MISS DIAGNOSED her car. The $1000 alternator that Joseph Subaru INSISTED was the problem was NOT the problem. My mechanic had her car less than 24 hours and it’s running PERFECT!!! It was spark plugs (1 had a crack completely down the side which caused the coil to go bad) and a ground wire. Dropped off car early for repair. I was finished quicker than I expected. Thorough customer service reps. Somewhat pricy, but what isn't anymore?
If you want the run around and replace parts and still have a broken car then this is the place to go. If you want to be dismissed and disrespected then this is also the place to go!! And if T*l*r is a mechanic then my dog can also be a mechanic. The only reason for the 1 star is because Adam. If it wasn’t for Adam that star wouldn’t even be deserved.
