We bought a new 2026 outback and the process couldn’t have been easier. Noah was amazing and so easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and got the exact car I wanted brought to the dealership within a day. Everyone we have worked with there has been wonderful.
ONE STAR DUE TO LACK OF FOLLOWUP.... Seems fair. 2-3 weeks ago I stopped in to test drive a hybrid model which they did not have in stock. No problem, the salesman asked if I wanted to test drive a non-hybrid, I declined as there was no need to spend anyone's time test driving a vehicle I was not interested in buying. Bought an outback from this place and got sent home with no gas in it. Also was told to come back for a free detail and car wash and didn't get that. 1 month after buying car ac had to be fixed. We bought this in March. $1500 later and also had to do brakes already and they resurfaced them. 1 month later after that brakes shaking again. The service from the sale people is trash.
