Very discourteous staff. the 2 people working WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE .. FOR EVERY QUESTION I ASKED STAFF ANSWER IS WAS NO IDEA don't know very discourteous
I understand you have to wait your turn. I'm all for that. BUT I only needed a small lawnmower tire off the rim. I brought the tire first thing in the morning. 1 other customer in the store buying a lawnmower. I know they probably have lawnmowers in the back to repair but again 1 tire off the rim. They told me to drop it off and I could pick it up two days later. ???? Ridiculous. I brought it to a different company who was ridiculously busy at least 30 customers in the location. I’m 66 years old and had my own business, I’ve never encountered someone so unprofessional in a business environment. I brought my 1 year old cub cadet in for servicing. Before he even looked at the zero turn riding mower he started telling me it wasn’t covered under warranty. While I certainly hoped it was covered under warranty my primary concern was to have it fixed so I could cut the grass at my home.
