Asked Dr Kraft to order an MRI for my honey who has been suffering from severe pain for almost 2 years & he refused saying it's just a frozen shoulder! Ordered PT & steroid injections without a complete diagnosis. Kaiser SUCKS on patient care.
Ask Dr. Kraft to X-ray my moms lungs to check for cancer. He refused, said it wasn’t necessary and that it wouldn’t help her even if she were to be diagnosed with cancer. This doctor is playing God. He’s choosing who is worthy of care! If you care about a sick lived one, this is not the doctor you want to go to. The only way I could post this is to give stars. This doctor gets -5 stars
