I want to start by saying I am very picky and asked tons of questions throughout the process of choosing a realtor to help us find a home in the Traditions area of Pt St Lucie. From the start Joe was very responsive but NOT pushy. This is big for me. I really do not like being "dogged". He always provided timely, thorough answers. If he didn't know something, he got answers quickly. When I nitpicked certain parts of contractual issues, Joe patiently and professionally provided answers.
