Waited 90 minutes after my appointment time and still was not seen. Only waited that long because I was referred by a doctor I trust. The front desk worker was very kind. But my time is obviously not respected by the doctor.
Dr Kelly did a fantastic job with my surgery. The office rarely answers the phone and the follow through is horrible. Edit: Had to lower my review because of the absolutely horrible treatment given to me. Still impossible to get someone on the phone and just overall lack of caring and consideration for the patient.
Amazing people at the office. Dr. Kelly is an exceptional Doctor and person.
Dr Kelly did more for me in one visit than others have done in years. Staff are compassionate and professional.
