This is an awful practice. New patient and had 9:30 appt. Arrived at 9:20 and filled out all new patient paperwork online prior. Receptionist was rude, curt and asked inappropriate medical questions with a full lobby. Berating me because i had no images. Never asked why I was even there! Copay demanded immediately and I wait until 10:15 when I can wait no longer. After being there for just under an hour I approached receptionist for refund. WOW! Dr. Kelly is the most genuine, compassionate, and caring physician I have been lucky enough to be treated by. From the moment I met him as a new patient, he was caring and truly took the time to HEAR me. As a Nurse, I've worked with MANY physicians. He is truly #1. Being on the "other side" as a patient is nerve wracking and he eases your fears. His demeanor and bedside manner is calming. You know you are in good hands.
