Joe was great to work with, even when purchasing a home that was a good distance away from where we lived in central Columbus. He was attentive with each step of the buying process, explaining each step in detail and laid out a smooth timeline of events as we worked with the sellers. I would certainly recommend choosing Joe for any purchase whether in the city, or in nearby rural areas.

Selecting Joe was a family decision including our 3 adult children who came to town for the interview. Our decision to select Joe was unanimous! Joe is very tapped into all the “e” tools that are essential to selling houses these days. He also provided excellent suggestion on how to get our house ready to sell to include have an inspection and making corrections prior to listing. What a hardworking and thorough realtor, Joseph Speakman is. So lucky to have found him to facilitate the sale of our house. And YES! He definitely expedited getting it sold even before first showing. Way above and beyond... sincerely impressive. I cannot adequately express how much Joe knows his stuff. Joe was the first to contact me after I made an online inquiry about a property. He was able to accommodate my schedule as my wife and I were coming into Columbus from out of town. Over the course of our 3 day trip Joe showed us 8 properties, answered all questions, gave us a tour of Columbus and it's neighborhoods, made recommendations and eventually won us an offer on a condo.
