Damaged my wife's nerve in a simple tooth extraction. She hasn't recovered her sensation or taste in 3 years. In a follow up when she complained he yanked her tongue out hard and said something to the effect of "I thought you liked it last time". This is a creepy, horrible doctor that you should avoid at all costs.
