Despites YEARS (e.g. 10) and asked each visit if my "insurance changed", they went from IN-NETWORK in 2022 being fully covered to OUT-OF-NETWORK sometime in 2023 and didn't inform us at anytime for both children in 2023. In JULY of 2024, they send bills for the full price of the visits DESPITE taking co-pays and confirming the insurance EACH visit. Did. Not. Inform. about going out-of-network. Not in person. I have been with them for 24 years and I will say they will do anything for your child to help with what ever they need! They are amazing! You can trust that they will take great care of your child.
Joe and Mel are great. We have been seeing them for a long time. They are the only thing that keeps us coming back. But something changed when they started with Hinton Healthcare. Today was the last time I will visit this office. The office staff never returns a phone call no matter how many time you leave a message. They never return messages on the hinton messaging system either. This office does not respect people's time. Came in at 3:00 for a 3:10 appointment left at 4:30 without seeing the doctor we had to leave because we had things to do
