Excellent, Professional, Knowledgeable, Detailed all while making patients comfortable. He explained the medical procedures he was doing and listed the procedures we should continue at home. Was clear with pharmaceuticals and practices we should continue at home. 5 star!!!!
Dr. Shovlin is an excellent physician. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain all of the details to my satisfaction. I highly recommend him.
The Dr. actually explained what he did and the reason for doing it. Very impressive also his assistant was fine tuned in steps with the Dr, I can tell that I was in good hands. Thanks to the entire staff, love that place❤️
professional, friendly, and direct - i like that. clear, gave plusses, minuses of surgery for eyelids. had a good solid handshake. didn't have to wait more than normal
