After 4 Surgeries my hand is no better than it was when I first started. Last time seeing Dr Herron he told me he was giving up🤷♂️
i’ve just encouraged the worst receptionists at Dr. Herron’s office that could not be more unsympathetic and rude to a patient. The staff reflects onto the doctor and the treatment that you will be receiving in this office. For this reason alone, I would never see Dr. Heron because of his staff. Dr Herron did not treat the fracture of my left fifth finger properly !!! He did not respond to my needs as a hand surgeon should. I will report him to the board of medical quality assurance of his peers
Just had surgery on my wrist, he was on time, he answered my questions. He is a great doctor. I would recommend him to my friends
Dr. Herron treated our high school aged son for a broken finger which required surgery. We were referred to him due to his fellowship training in hand surgery and upper extremities. His bedside manner from the 1st visit to the last visit was filled with kindness, confidence, and thoroughness. Dr. Herron’s treatment plan, explanation of goals, and execution in the repair of our son’s hand put us all at ease, to say the least. We highly recommend Dr. Scott Herron and the Joint Replacement Institute Team in Naples, FL.
