I had been given what turned out to be an incorrect dx. and treatment which worsened me. I was referred to Dr. Schmitt and drove from Colorado Springs to see him. The trip was so worth it!! He was very kind and took his time to listen, ran some tests, reviewed existing test results and helped me very much! I will always be thankful for this physician!
Dr Schmitt was awesome! He took the time to answer all of my questions and was vety thorough! I highly recommend him!

I have been seeing Dr. Schmitt for nearly ten years. He has always been very helpful following my neurological issues.
Had an appointment with this doctor today he was very thorough in his testing and was very kind with great bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr Schmitt to friends and family.
I seen Dr. Schmitt for a second opinion. He was nothing but rude to me. He got angry with me because I didn't understand what he wanted. He was in a hurry, and rushed through my exam. He told me I was a complicated case because I have other issues going on. He treated me like I wasn't worthy of a diagnosis. I would not recommend him.
Terrible service so far for my wife. She called three months ago to get an appointment. Finally got in and now it's been almost two weeks and still no MRI approved. She's called for four straight days, got an actual human once. The excuse was the person who can get them approved was on vacation and she has to schedule MRI for 8 doctors. She has numbness in her hands and feet and terrible back pain for almost 4 months now, probably needs surgery but no sense of urgency by this staff.
Dr. Schmitt saved my life. After I had been misdiagnosed in Texas, he took the extra time to make sure I was referred to the most competent neurosurgeon in Colorado. On top of being a excellent physician, he is a nice person.
After years of suffering he figured out my problem when no one else could and worked tirelessly to get me on a good set of drugs without side affects. He changed my life!
