I have been a patient for 3 years I get a post card saying to call and schedule my appointment for a check up I called and they said I called two months to early but they would get the referral and call me in two months Two months go by I get the referral from my general practitioner and called a couple of weeks after I knew they had the referral I was told that they still needed to input the referral and I get a text that they can set up a appointment I called right away on May 3rd the soonest I could get a appointment was ... read more

Had to wait a month to be seen for a highly uncomfortable condition. Upon being seen (barely examined me), the best that I was offered was a stamp of “invalidation” and a refusal to conduct any scientific tests to at least try to check my chief complaint? The staff was friendly though. I just do not understand why a doctor of science and medicine would refuse to conduct the necessary tests to at least verify the facts.
