Known to be one of the best, I was very disappointed by how the staff dealt with patients and by the tardiness of the doctors esp Himani Goyal MD. I had to wait for sooo long and then the patient who checked in an hour after me was taken in as she was making fuss about her being late for a meeting while I was very patient. Clean office and Dr Goodall was very friendly and professional, but the rest of the experience was awful. I was told to get a CT and an appointment was scheduled for me. Insurance denied the claim and when I reached out to this office I never received a helpful response. I tried 5 times to schedule a follow up appointment and was repeatedly told the office was clearing things with my insurance and that they would reach out to me to schedule an appointment and CT. They will make you use this stupid iPads to sign in and ask you to scan your palm for fast check in. They will display ads during the sign in process. They will make you sign 10 different forms. And they will bill you before you even see a doctor. If you’re ok with all of this then this is the place for you. Doesn’t help that the receptionist has the least amount t of energy I’ve seen in a human.
