My experience at the Haverford office, was the worst experience I have ever had. The first thing I noticed was a sign stating that the office required a credit card on file. The office is dingy and dirty. I met initially with the PA, assured that Dr. Richards would be involved in the visit, he wasn't. She ordered an MRI and said I would be having a caudal regardless of the results of the MRI. I arrived and was told by the staff that I would meet doctor when he performs the procedure.
