I got the referral over the weekend to see Dr. Joseph. I called several times before finally talking to someone. Once I told the receptionist that I needed to schedule a new patient appointment. She put me on hold, and after waiting too long and a hectic life, I hung up since she already had my name and number and knows that I had been calling with no success. But does she call back?
