Visiting from Rochester, I would come back to Utica JUST to have coffee at this wonderful café! The selection, detail and service have no equal. A must stop - easy NYS Thruway on and off - for tourists and the lucky locals. Delizioso!

I had a pretty disappointing experience at Joseph Putrello Coffee Shop. Overall, things felt unorganized and not as well put together as they should be. Service was slower than expected, even though it didn’t seem too busy. There didn’t appear to be a clear system in place to keep things running efficiently, which made the whole process feel unnecessarily drawn out.
