I am very disappointed in this office. I had made an appointment a few weeks in advance and 1 week before my appointment they told me I owed. money from 2021 I asked for a payment plan and they wanted all the money within a week !!!! that's not a payment plan !!! so I canceled my appointment and they could care less .I have been in pain for a while and waited for this dr to see me and took time off work for my appointment and this is how I've been treated. this is awful patient care .
The staff is very professional and polite. I was seeing by Dr Pusateri on time. I was very pleased with his professionalism and attention to my condition. I recommend them 100%
Excellent, I wish the doctor who took care of me was my primary care doctor, she very caring ,professional and patient I would recommend her to anyone, I'm a very satisfied person
