Started with Dad Potvin in 1971. Patient care runs in this family. Moved to Vermont a few years back but still head to Hudson Falls with the few teeth I have left. Paul Donaldson
I went to Joe at the advice of a friend many years ago. I had a root canal and barely felt any discomfort at all. Now my husband and children all see Joe too. He has decades of experience and is always very gentle and caring. I was always one of those white knuckle patients. Dr. Joe Potvin has changed that! I highly recommend him!
Have gone for years. Best dentist I have ever been to. Always friendly and have never had a problem after he takes care of a problem.
If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr Joe Potvin. If you are afraid of dentist you will get over that fear with him he is so patient and a caring person. People say it takes a long time to get into his office, I say sometimes I would rather wait for a good dentist if you have issues they will get you in asap. I have been on a cancellation list and they call very quickly. Once your established with this office you will get the best care. Clean office and great receptionists too!
I have had wonderful care from Dr. Joseph Potvin. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate how he takes the time to explain treatment options. The office is comfortable and inviting. The staff is always pleasant. I would not go anywhere else for my dental care.
I was recommended by a colleague a while ago for Dr. Potvin. I called in November of 2015 and was told the next available apt. wasn't until March of 2016 and I'd be place on a on call cancelation list. It's now April and I have YET heard from them. I will never go there based on their poor initial customer service! Disgraceful!!!!! Why not have make the March appointment and if something came up sooner I could take? Bad initial service all around.
