Entire experience was rushed. I had severe chest pain and all he told me was to go to another doctor. I wanted a full workup but was discharged and not taken seriously. No bedside manner at all!
As a healthcare worker myself, I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by how my concerns were minimized and how quickly I was dismissed without a comprehensive evaluation. The lack of compassion, the rushed decision-making, and the dismissive tone left me feeling unheard, unsafe, and disrespected. Unfortunately, I cannot leave a good review for the emergency room doctor on behalf of my mother who is the patient. I was there with her as her interpreter. I do like to mention first that the nurse, his name is Mark. He was very kind and professional, putting the IV line on my mother. On the other hand, the emergency room doctor.
